For unforgettable holidays in Umbria, MARIDIANA Agritourism in Umbertide offers two charming stone farmhouses for rental: CASA ARCHI (The Arch Cottage) and CASALE (The Farmhouse).
Located on a 50 acres country property in the Niccone Valley, each farmhouse has been beautifully restored with Italian elegant style, while the interior has been modernized and fitted to make your stay easy and comfortable. Both farmhouses are detached, surrounded by gardens and with private terraces offering great panoramic views over the surrounding valley.
The stay at MARIDIANA is ideal for relaxing holidays for young people and adults, especially families with children, who can enjoy our cozy rooms and apartments.
Restaurants and swimming pools are within easy reach. Historical Umbrian and Tuscan hillside towns of Perugia, Gubbio, Assisi, Cortona, boasting charm, culture and enchanting medieval atmosphere, as well as Lake Trasimeno are just a few kilometers away from our holiday farm, making your vacation lively but at the same time relaxing.
Half-board is not available.
Bathroom & bedding sets (including bath towels and bed linens), highchair for babies and toddlers, baby cot bed, outdoor furniture, outdoor breakfast and dining area and BBQ facilities, children's playground and bicycles (2 pcs) are available and free of charge. Various products can also be purchased in our shop at Maridiana.
Included in the price: MEETING ALPACAS! The alpacas bred on the farm are a special attraction for guests and their children, who can play freely, walk them on a lead or feed them by hand, all in complete safety.
